01 March 2013 service tax paid to one party, on that tds is deducted and net paid.weather it is correct.

if inovice has service tax then TDS will be deducted on full invoice amount (includeing service tax)

only 194 I (Rent ) TDS is not deductiable on service tax. in other sections TDS will be deducted on service tax also
