We make a corporate film of 5 minuts duration,While make payment for this can we deudct TDS u/s 194J or 194C

in my opinion,
if u get anything to make film and u have made contract with them then tds u/s 194-C
and
.
if u make payment to any actors then tds u/s 194-J as professional.

As per my understanding cameraman's, other technicians and director's skill involves technical know how hence 194J should be applicable. Kindly correct me if I am wrong.

biswajit the answer shall depend on the facts. if u have given a contract to an ad agency then it shall be 194c.
