Hi,
Recently we have started Training program, where we are paying some amount to the Agencies for mobilizing the candidates. Now i want to know total process for TDS Deduction, Payment to the Govt. and Filing the TDS Returns, can anyone help me in this regard if possible with practical explanation would be better.

total process can be suggested only after studying your business model....it would be better to hire a professional to deal with such matters....
