Whether TDS are required to be deducted for tea or coffee providing in office or factory premises by outside person.

TDS is not applicable if tea is made outside the office premises and supplied to the employees.
If the vendor has a service space in your premises & makes tea at that place then this is similar to a contract & TDS would be applicable subject to the basic limits.
