We had arranged one conference for Staff Training in one of the resorts.
Now, i hvae received bill of Rs.78000 from that resort.
Will TDS be applicable on the same and under which section?

Please check the particulars on the BILL. If it amounts to arrangement of conference.... it will amount to CONTRACT and then 194C is applicable. If it is only conference hall rent. 194C becomes inapplicable. (So is 194I)
