The main reason of not matching is wrong submission of your details in TDS return submitted by the deductee. So ask the deductor to file the revised return.
You can get the details of TDS by checking the form 26AS itself so why you want to get the info through TAN no.
See how much credit is given in 26AS and how much he deducted. In case of difference contact the deductor and ask him to revise his return and mention correct details in the return.
