we have taken Furniture on lease for 9 yrs from a company. so while paying installment, should we deduct tds on interest portion?

Is the above a finance lease or operating lease?
If finance lease then TDS dedcutible u/s 194A on finance charges u/s 194A.
If operating lease then TDS deductible on entire lease payments u/s 194I
If finance lease then TDS dedcutible u/s 194A on finance charges u/s 194A.
If operating lease then TDS deductible on entire lease payments u/s 194I
