Since you are not aware the person deducting TDS, you may register for form 26AS & view tax credit to know the source of income for which TDS is made. After knowing that you may file return.

No worries — here’s what you can do to sort this out:
1. **Access your Form 26AS**
* You don’t need the challan number to *view* Form 26AS. * Go to the TRACES website ([https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/app/login.xhtml](https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/app/login.xhtml)) or your net banking portal (if it provides 26AS) and log in using your PAN details. * You’ll be able to see all TDS deducted against your PAN, including deductor details, amount, and challan numbers.
2. **If you can’t find Form 26AS or challan details online:**
* You can request a **TDS Certificate (Form 16A)** from the deductor. Since you don’t know who deducted, this is tricky. * Alternatively, contact the Income Tax Department’s helpline or visit your local income tax office with your PAN and notice, ask for assistance in getting the TDS details.
3. **Filing Return Without Form 16A:**
* You can file your ITR by declaring **Nil Income** if you have no taxable income for that year. * In the TDS section of the ITR form, enter the TDS details exactly as seen in your Form 26AS. * This will allow you to claim the TDS as a refund.
4. **If the TDS is actually deducted but no income:**
* By filing the return with TDS details, you can claim the refund of Rs. 7,645.
5. **After filing:**
* If your refund is due, the department will process and send it to your bank account.

**Summary:** Try to get Form 26AS online first. It has all details needed for filing. If unavailable, approach IT department for help. Then file your ITR with TDS info and claim refund.
