I WANT TO ASK WHETHER THE TCS ON SALE/PURCHASE EXCEEDING RS.200000 IS ON A SINGLE BILL AMOUNT OR CONSOLIDATED AMOUNT IN A SINGLE YEAR.?

TCS will applicable to one person, due to TCS deducted with the person if you make transaction during the year exceeds the amount as specified then tcs will applicable.
