This is a software company selling off its computer consumables as scrap. Is TCS applicable to it? Moreover, the company constructed two buildings this year. the steel remianing after construction has been sold. will it attract TCS too?

TCS is applicable on steel scrap.In acse of computer consumbale scrap TCS will not apply.
