29 September 2017 Concerning TCS, If I am a manufacturer and am not eligible for deduction of TCS by my supplier, I am supposed to furnish Form 27C. My question is- Am I supposed to furnish the same form everytime I purchase from the same seller?

29 September 2017 Thanks for consideration, but I want to know, not being a manufacturer, do I need to furnish Form 27C everytime I buy scrap from the same dealer?

29 September 2017 TCS applicable in sales. Not on purchase. But, your seller ll be deduct his end...

03 October 2017 But the buyer need to furnish form 27c if he is a manufacturer. I just want to know if he needs to furnish form 27c everytime he purchases or just on the first transaction?
