24 November 2014 Whether Service tax is attracted in respect of receipts relating to Xerox charges and Coin phone charges. The Assessee had crossed the Threshold limit last year in respect of other services.

24 November 2014 So long as the PAPER is purchased and supplied by the photocopier, it is regarded as manufacturing rather than service.
Where the paper on which the photocopy is made is supplied by the customer, then it involves the service element.

26 November 2014 for coin phone bill you have already pay the service tax to telecom company and for photocopy if you are giving only service charges then service tax applicable
