Taxation of ration shop income.

12 September 2014 I have a client whose income is from ration shop.My client want to file income tax return.
But i am confused whether income from ration shop is taxable or not ?

Please give reply for this query.

I think that business turnover below 1 Cr so Advisable that estimate the income at 8 % u/s 44AD and file the return
