15 June 2013 i have a salary retn case for ay 13-14 regarding gratuity and leave salary pl help me for computation
details as under...
gratuity rs.843950
leave salary rs 393843
salary rcvd rs. 327924
prof tax rs 1800
80 c investment rs.100000

15 June 2013 if you are govt employees and on retirement you receive gratuity nad leave salalry than no amount will taxable

it your pvt ltd co./ other other

then under gratuity act 15 days salary for each complete year service and more than 6 month salary calculate on
basic salalry /26*15= amount x no year serve.

in leave salalry
1. 30 days salalry for every year of service
2. 10 month salalry
3. rs.300000
4. 393843

which ever is less
will be not taxable
