WHICH ITR IS APPLICABLE FOR THE DEDUCTION OF TDS UNDER 194C IN INDIVIDUAL CASES. HENCE I WAS WORKING ONBOARD SHIP AS A CREW MEMBER ND RECEIVING SALARY FOR THAT
02 February 2014
TDS u/s.194C will be deducted on contract nature work. hence it is considered as business. so file ITR-4
