Service tax is applicable if service is provided by one branch to other branch being both situated in taxable territory?

the ans is no as it like taking service by 1 hand and giving to another hand of same body

It wont be taxable.
To be taxable one of them need to be situated in N.T.T (Non Taxable Territory)
