is employer share/contribution towards epf taxable in the employee`s hand pls specify section of IT?

As per income tax act, 1961 employers' contribution in excess of 12% of basic salary and da is taxable in the hand of employees and interest portion on employers' contribution is also taxable as income from other sources.
