If some one is getting medical allowance of Rs 15000 in his salary p a. Then whether he can claim tax exemption if he submit medical bill of Rs 2000

No exemption allowed as medical allowance is fully taxable.

Medical allowance is fully taxable always. Medical reimbursement is exempt up to maximum of rs. 15000 p.a
