Hi,
I had invested in Equity Mutual Funds via SIP (HDFC Top 200) since last 3 years. I have redeemed a part of it (Rs. 20000). Is redemption taxable under Capital Gains. If yes, how can I derive the Cost of Mutual Fund? Please guide.

long term capital gain is exempt. No need to compute cost of acquisition.
