State govt. provided rent free flat at lucknow to district judge who is on deputation at U.P.govt. undertaking as Chief Legal Advisor. While calculating his tax liability what willbe the tax treatment on rent free flat provided by state govt.

Perquisite for rent free house is based on the licence fee charged for such accommodation by the state Govt.
