Dear sir,
I have a salary Income only
Rs. 40000 TDS deducted
No deduction given by employer
No HRA
Query: How can I claim Tax benefit, which will help me to refund TDS

Salary Income of Rs 40000/- only? If so TDS was not required to be deducted from your salary since exemption limit itself is Rs 2.50 Lacs.
To get the refund of TDS you simply need to file your Income Tax Return of the concerned year.
