19 January 2014 tax returns need to be filed annually. Due dates are declared every year. for last year in non-audit cases it was 31 July extended by 5 days..for audit cases it was 30 sept...for transfer pricing cases it was 30 nov.

you can file online return at https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/

where TDS credit is less than tax liability, you need to pay taxes before filing the return. you can pay taxes here

where TDS credit is more than the income, you shall get the refund of the excess amount upon filing of the return.
