26 April 2012 Tax rate applicable is that of AOP. Execute the trust deed. Register it with Charity Commissioneer, Ahmedabad, located at Mental Hospital Compound, Meghani Nagar. Register it with Income Tax dept as well (Sec 11 & 12)
