28 January 2013 A Student is supposed to plan his future, so that Govt. can also get tax when he starts earning .
.
If he is simultaneously in employment also and studying there, he becomes an NRI from IT point of view, as he has to stay generally for 182 days or more to complete
any course.

Lastly, after studying in USA, he becomes smarter to plan any kind of affairs including his tax affairs.
