16 April 2010 one person is manufacturing goods and paying high income tax. so he wants to do tax planning. He wants to open another business to which manufactured goods will be supplied for reselling and dividing profit into two business name (owner of new business is his wife) and thereby lowering income tax payment. Can he do so????
