Hai sir,
Can you please clarify,whether Transportation charges charged in invoice will be liable to VAT 14.5% ?
If it is chargable, then clarify me under which section & provisons it was chargable . Please send me reply as soon as possible.

Transportation charge is taxable if levied along with VAT invoice, the higher percentage of VAT on goods charged in the bill is the percentage to be charged for transportation. If 14.5% charged vat on goods than transportation should be charged @14.5%
