MR X GETS A PENSION FROM US ,(he has worked for 20 years in US) HE IS RESIDENT IN INDIA FROM LAST 10 YEARS.
QUESTIONS..
(1) weather the pension should be taxable in the hand of x????
(2) if x died and her wife receives the pension, then weather it will be taxable in the hands of x's wife ??????
