tax on instalment for property purchase

28 July 2016 last year I paid 1percent as tax for the instalment I paid to the builder for under construction flat as the total cost of flat would be more than 50lakhs. while filing the returns, where should I show it?. Which for should I use as so far I have not applied for home loan or the property is not registered on my name.
