if the income tax is not paid for FY10-11 and return also not filed then what is option available now

Simply wait for the notice by the Income Tax Department.

Please make a computation and deposit the tax due along with interest. Thereafter, file a letter with computation and tax deposit challan with jurisdictional office of the Income Tax Department
