Having Experience of Over 5 years in handling various Direct & Indirect Tax issues with core area of expertise being Making Departmental Representations before ITAT, CIT(A), A.O. for Assessment Procedings and other matters including Obtaining Refund Orders, Obtaining Orders from ITAT, Demand Settlement, Filing of Appeals, and other correspondences.
Have expertise in handling FDI Issues & International Taxation Matters including Preparation & Filing of Form FC-GPR / Form FC-TRS, Foreign Assets and Liability Returns, FIPB Approvals and various other RBI and FEMA Matters.
Have good exposure in Preparation and Filing of Returns (Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Customs etc.)
