following is the situation-
deputation outside India to associated company but employment contract continues to be with indian company. ..
here does employment case arises or not and whether exemption wil b applicable or not
for considering him as resident of India?

Income Received by a person on deputation outside India from employee in India shall remain taxable in India as he is on Indian Payroll.
