Do we have the right to ask the Government where and how our tax money is being used ... under RTI or otherwise ?

IN 2014- YOU WILL GET SUCH OPPORTUNITY BUT NO ONE WILL REPLY. YOU CAN BROADLY HAVE AN IDEA IN THE BUDGET SPEECH OF THE FM.
