my question isHow Rate is determined ,whether in all states required to be registered from wherever products are delievered which place required to be registered in case of online sale??

24 August 2011 online seller also having place of business in particular state, so no need to register for all states. for selling goods all states only CST registration enough

Rates are decided based on VAT rate applicable to the state which the online dealer belongs
