I received payment before bill issued in this situation When my service tax payment liabilities arise? i.e. I received payment as on 27,MAY 2011 and Bill issued As on 3, June 2011.
Please, tell me when my liabilities arise.

Liability arises on billing or receipt of payment whichever is earlier.
