02 April 2015 My elder brother has expired on 05112014 after retiring in pvt service on 30092014.
He has received only Rs. 80000/- from his employer during alive. After his death his widow (house wife) now received LIC claim rs.200000/- ,Prov Fund Rs. 700000/- before 31032015. Gratuity upto Rs. 200000/- and some arrears of salary by effect of majhatiya ayog upto Rs. 2 to 3 lakh are yet to received. What is the tax liability of his widow during the year 2014-15 and 2015-16 or simply declaration is to be required to IT Dept.

02 April 2015 ITR should be filed by his legal representative and can check the process of filling in following link:
