07 November 2014 If i buy cotton bales from Rajasthan for Maharastra and sale to a mill in Madhya Pradesh then what will be my tax liability.please reply

07 November 2014 It is CST case. The movement of goods play an important role. If the goods move directly from Rajsthan to Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra VAT does not come into picture.
