if any assessee paid advance tax in the F.y.2010-2011 and he passaway before filing the ITR for the A.Y.2011-2012. Who will be responsible for filling his I.T.R. Plz guide as per law .

In the case of deceased assessee, his/her legal heir is required to file the return of income.
