Can a chartered accountant represent a client's case in the court of law regarding tax related matters ?

In appeal related to tax matter Chartered Accountant can take POA and represent on behalf of client

In the court of law regarding tax matters only lawyers can appear not Chartered Accountant. Chartered Accountants can appear up to Tribunal.
