Pls please tell me the difference between a TAx Invoice and Retail Invoice .

Basic Difference is
Tax Invoice is issued at the time of sell to the registered dealer( Like wholesaler/ Distributor)
Retail Invoice is issued at the time of Selling a goods for final consumer
Tax Invoice is issued at the time of sell to the registered dealer( Like wholesaler/ Distributor)
