I want to know the implication when seller of goods not showing TIN on bill, his say there is a TAx Free goods hence not requirment of TIN No.

23 June 2013 If it is really exempted goods under Local VAT, no problem, incase taxable and not mentioned the TIN.need to treated as Unregistered dealer and you may have to pay tax on behalf of them

and also if you have received retail invoice excluding tax then you can pay tax on it in case of taxable item and take input tax credit for the same

23 June 2013 absolutely, no need to worry, you don't need to pay tax on purchase or sales bcz of exempted goods.

23 June 2013 Sir in this case were exmepted saree and salwar suit dress material purchase frm other state (Intersate purchase) than it is liable for pay entry tax or not ?
