We have been awarded a construction project in chattisgarh. We are registered vat dealers in the state of Andhra Pradesh and are not registered in chattisgarh. We intend to buy equipment for the project worth 3 crores. The taxes applicable on this machinery are around 14.5%. While executing the work is there any provision to claim this tax as input.
