17 October 2008 i have crossed limit of rs.10,00,000 this uyear if suppose i dont cross limit of Rs. 8,00,000 in the next year than shall i requried to pay service tax if i have not collected the same and am i liable to collect the same or not

1st year > Rs 1000000/-ST attracts.
2nd year < Rs 800000/-ST attracts.
3rd year < Rs 1000000/-No ST liability.
