28 September 2010 We are a subsidiary Pvt Ltd company. Our parent company advises us contrrol us in all aspect. Now the Parent Co / Holding Co desires to charge us "Management Fee" towards the management service they generally renders to us. What are the tax implications on this proposed charge ? Please advise
