I want to file income tax return of a employee for AY 2012-13, Can anybody get me the formate of ITR 1 to be used.

The related forms will be notified after April,2012. You cannot file IT return for AY 2012-12 now; So, wait till the form are notified.

Before ending the year you want to file the return wait till 31st march 2012
