03 July 2015 is there any possibility to filing last 6years it returns for individuals

03 July 2015 Yes you can file the return for 6 Years. I am not able to paste the link. Search www.cainindia.org.

03 July 2015 you can file returns for past two years ie FY 2014-15, and Fy 2013-14 online. For the years prior to that you can submit return in physical forms with jurisdictional AO. The returns will be accepted only for record purposes and wont be processed as such (ie no order will be issued if there is no demand)

In case you wish to get the return processed, then request AO to issue 142(1) notice or in case you have a refund due for any of these years, file application with jurisdictional CIT for condonation of delay before filing the return.

04 July 2015 CBDT has recently prescribed to allow income tax assesses to file the return for 6 years provided they follow prescribed procedure.
Refer CBDT circular 9/2015 Dt. 09/06/2015.
