I am salaried. I have opened a PPF account in my name. If my husband deposits 8500 per month (total 1 lakh yearly) to my PPF, will I get tax exemption? As the investment is not coming from my salary and gifting by husband.

PPF account deposit on own,spouse & children can be claimed by the assessee who is actually paid the investment. since actual investment made by your husband from his taxable Income. so you cannot claim the Investment on that
