We have to dedect Tds on Hotel Bill.so sir please tell me It comes under what section

section 194I COVERS PAYMENTS OTHER THAN BY INDIVIDUALS AND HUF FOR HOTEL OR ACCOMMODATION TAKEN ON REGULAR BASIS.
AS PER CIRCULAR NO 715 DT.08-08-1995 ,TDS IS NOT REQUIRED IN CASE OF FOOD SERVED IN RESTAURENT IN THE NORMAL COURSE.

u/S. 194c AS tds Contractor not 194I it is not rent. It is for service charges. So, 194C applied
