10 April 2008 Should TDS be deducted for accountant, who does part time job in many places? If yes under what sec it should be deducted?

10 April 2008 Yes, you can Deduct the Tax at Source u/s 194J (Professional fees) of the Income Tax Act 1961 if payment made to him Rs. 20000/- or above, during the year.
