15 February 2020 one of my clients gave vehicle loan premium on which TDS was deducted while payment of premiums.when he approached the vendor for refund of the TDS deducted while payment of premium , the vendor asked him to contact the IT office in this regard.so, my question is how can one claim the TDS refund from Income-Tax department?
