Sir,
I have paid Tds deducted on 194J in Q1 of F.Y.2016-17 on time but did not file Tds Return Yet. Is there any solution to avoid penalty u/s 234E?

Dear Varsha,
There is no such option to avoid penalty subject to some state where HC has put stay on it

No, there is no such option to avoid the late filing fees of Rs. 200/- per day. U must have to pay that amount.
